This deck is designed as a card-drawing engine, similar to the way Glissa the Traitor is made for artifacts.

The biggest problem to tackle for black has always been land, and so cards like LIliana 3.0, Solemn Simulacrum, Gauntlet of Power, and Caged Sun really help his deck along while it tries to recur its spells.
