Sphinx's and Demons Teaming up

Commander / EDH* WUB (Esper)

AllTerrainWaffl

This is a deck I whipped up out of interest for this new commander releasing in the next expansion. The Streets of New Capenna. As soon as I saw the ability of this commander I knew I wanted to utilize it. And how better to use it than to pair it with the Library of Leng card? This deck features a few ways to search for artifacts so that you can hopefully get the Library of Leng most games; if not, enough mana ramp that you shouldn't always need it either. With powerful ramps such as Liliana of the Dark Realms, and High Tide, as well as Smothering Tithe it should be possible to get a lot of mana and get these bigger units out a turn or two faster than normal.

I am still newer to creating MTG decks, and this is a prototype, so as always, feedback is much appreciated. I hope you enjoy.

A few Win conditions, as stated before, using Raffine, Scheming Seer's ability to make your flying creatures huge. Library of Leng can eliminate the self Mill by simply placing the cards back to your library rather than elsewhere. The key is to not use either too early, as you want to make sure that you have mana on the field to keep playing. There's also the synergy behind getting a lot of demons out and playing Abhorrent Overlord, combining those small tokens with Empyrean Eagle can get you 8, 10+ 2/2 with flying, not the easiest to block, although it's certainly doable. And there's also Magister Sphinx, capable of dropping a high HP opponent to 1/4 of Commander's HP base is huge, especially with 5+ Big flying units capable of soaring over many compositions.

As I usually include in my decks, there are a few board wipes, the famed Wrath of God to Plague Wind, another win condition by wiping the opponent's board while keeping your own. As well as Black Sun's Zenith and Hour of Revelation, Hypothetically the cheapest board wipe available in this deck.
