Aid the Fallen Discussion

Why choose Aid the Fallen instead of Regrowth when you don't have any planeswalkers? Also nice deck so +1 from me.

So I was looking at your stats and it says you have 62 cards. I'm not 100% on the rules but 60 is pretty standard. My advise is to drop 1 Bloodthirsty Aerialist and 1 Aid the Fallen IMO; if this is the build you stick with.

If you add a splash of green I'd build the land base like so: 1 forest, 8 plains, 6 swamps, 4 scoured barrens, 2 Jungle Hollow , and 1 Blossoming Sands

A good early chump-blocker for this deck like Vampire of the Dire Moon might help you get established.

Although Narcomoeba does provide a back-stop to help always keep a creature on the field, I rather like Clear the Mind to recycle your own graveyard back into your library.

Have you considered something like Thief of Sanity over Connive / Concoct ?

Kaya's Wrath just seems like you are admitting defeat - kill all your own best creatures for a possible extra turn of play. I would tend to go with something like Aid the Fallen to support your Forever Young and this would simplify your lands.

If you included some cards that retrieve cards from the graveyard as well in the deck you could counter your own Phage with things like Dash Hopes and Thrull Wizard . Your Withering Boon would also compliment this.

Things to put Phage into your hand from the graveyard could be Aid the Fallen , Call to the Netherworld , Cemetery Recruitment , Disentomb , Ghoulcaller's Chant , Grim Discovery , March of the Drowned , and the new Order of Midnight . There are plenty more with the same effects but I'm only listing the 1 and 2 CMC options since less mana is always better!

There is another little interplay that begs to be included here, but it may take a bit of deck testing to find how we can include the extra cards. Contentious Plan , Flux Channeler and/or The Elderspell can generate planes-walker loyalty counters, then Ashiok, Dream Render can supplement your planes-walkers and use his -1 ability to disrupt your opponent's game. My first thought would be to maybe drop Enter the God-Eternals and 2 Narset to make some room. I would also look to find room in the side-board for something like Aid the Fallen

The main issue I see with this deck is that its slow. With many shocklands that enter tapped, casting bigger spells quicker is harder. I know you're on a budget, but I'd still recommend Blood Crypt , Steam Vents , and Watery Grave over your Guildgates.

Use Honor the God-Pharaoh for even more amass plus card draw. Bolt Bend can protect your army from removal and Chainwhip Cyclops can pave the way for your army.

Flux Channeler helps boost your zombie army even more, and Relentless Advance can do it in a hurry. Stealth Mission can help you hit the opponent for a lot of damage with a powered up Zombie Army.

Vizier of the Scorpion amasses and gives your zombie army deathtouch. Unlikely Aid can protect it from removal, and Aid the Fallen can return an amass creature from your graveyard, allowing you to do it again.

I see that Entomb and Aid the Fallen would definitely be a benefit. Liliana is great, but i don't think that I would be ready to buy her as she is so expensive. Thanks for the suggestions!

I would recommend Liliana, the Last Hope due to her emblem being more consistent than Endless Ranks of the Dead . I didn't see Entomb but it looks to fit the deck...I would finally mention Aid the Fallen as having a bit more utility than some standard return to hand cards.
