A powered down version of my other Elf deck. In an attempt to power it down, I chose to build a mono-colored deck and I have imposed 3 constraints and a half for this deck. 1. Only Elf creatures. I cannot have a creature that doesn't have the creature type ELF. 2. Only Forests. I cannot have a land that is not a FOREST. 3. No non-land Tutors. I cannot search my library. 3.5. I didn't want to spent a lot of money on this deck. The majority of expensive cards were already in my collection and were not being used.
