Sideboard

Maybeboard

This is the deck I'll be taking to my first LGS modern night at some point in the future. Please give me comments and suggestions, as this deck will be constantly under construction for a bit.

Infinite Combos

Blasting Station, Saffi Eriksdotter, and Renegade Rallier or Sun Titan to ping our opponent to death by recurring/saccing.

Sun Titan and Saheeli Rai's -2 to create infinite Sun Titans. (A Saheeli must also be in the graveyard to start comboing)

The Deck

Infinite combo fun built into an Emeria, The Sky Ruin shell.

Wall of Omens, Court Hussar, Lone Missionary, and Sakura-Tribe Elder help us survive and get one of our combos in place. Phantasmal Image and Flickerwisp can do so many different things for us depending on the situation. Renegade Rallier a lot of the time is just making sure we are hitting land drops, but is also great at getting value out of our chump blockers and creatures that have found their way into our graveyard.

Renegade Rallier Targets - Wall of Omens, Lone Missionary, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Saffi Eriksdotter, Phantasmal Image, Lands, and every side board permanent.

Sun Titan Targets - Every other permanent in the deck and sideboard!

When Blasting Station isn't infinite comboing, it's good at dealing with fancy stuff like Dark Confidant, Noble Hierarch, Delver of Secrets  , Steel Overseer, etc, while making sure we have targets for Renegade Rallier and Sun Titan. Or we can just poke our opponent.

Flickerwisping another Flickerwisp, then targeting the cast Flickerwisp upon its return allows us to exile an opponent's troublesome permanent for their entire next turn. Oh, you're about to ultimate your [(insert annoying plainswalker here)]? Nope, sorry. Also, flipped creatures, Tron pieces, Storm Crow, etc. Also, we can do this to our Saheeli Rai to protect her from creatures and sorcery removal, and bring her back with full loyalty at the end of our opponent's turn.

Path to Exile is very efficient creature removal, but also let's us target our own stuff to get lands if need be.

Detention Sphere is a great catch all (except itself) removal that can be recurred with Sun Titan or moved to something else (maybe another of the same target) with Flickerwisp.

Saheeli Rai is mainly here for her the value her -2 ability (and 3cmc) brings in this deck, but her +1 is pretty dang acceptable. She will never be ulted unless we absolutely need Blasting Station or Pithing Needle/Tormod's Crypt post sideboard. However, if we have enough loyalty on her to ult, we most likely have everything we need to win.

We are a creature based deck, but we don't mind self destruction with Supreme Verdict as we have easy ways to bring everything back, and hopefully our opponent doesn't.

Sideboard

1x Celestial Purge - Hits dumb stuff like Phyrexian Obliterator, lots of Plainswalkers, Blood Moon, etc.

1x Detention Sphere - More catch-all removal.

2x Grand Abolisher - Control decks have seemed to hate this card. Not sure why.

1x Meddling Mage - Choosing Abrupt Decay here is nice, amongst other cards that hate us.

2x Negate - For shutting down combos and protecting ours.

1x Pithing Needle - Shuts down Plainswalkers, Aether Vial, Fulminator Mage, Inkmoth Nexus, etc.

1x Pyroclasm - Mainly for Geist of Saint Traft and other annoying hexproof creatures, but works well for tokens and Young Pyromancer builds too!

2x Stony Silence - Taking Blasting Station out of out deck and running these is worth shutting affinity down.

2x Sundering Growth - So many annoying targets to hit. The main reason I chose this targeting artifact/enchantment hate spell is to copy Saheeli Rai's -2 token before it leaves at the end of turn.

2x Tormod's Crypt - Deals with other decks wanting to play in their graveyard, Snapcaster Mage, Dredge, etc.
