Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond - Always a goodie

Plague of Rats + Any Sac Outlet = Odds are you are going to have the most life. Offer up all but 1 life and then sac some rats to exterminate your enemies, especially with Corpse Knight

Szat's Will + Plague of Rats or Abhorrent Overlord+ Force of Despair = Bring in the horde, then wipe them out for the win. Also works with Army of the Damned.

Ao, the Dawn Sky + Whisper, Blood Liturgist = Use any of your Sac outlets to kill it and flood the board with goodies, especially if Teysa Karlov is on the board. Then bring it back with Marauding Blight-Priest and do it again.
