Sounds like you're looking to build a Gisa and Geralf deck. Apart from their solo counterparts Goulcaller Gisa and Stitcher Geralf, Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip and Liliana's Devotee not many humans play nice with zombies but with all the love zombies recently got it would probably be a solid deck - though thematically its not what you want.

It seems like Warlocks tend to create tokens, like Alela, Artful Provocateur , Chittering Witch , Liliana's Devotee , Piper of the Swarm , and Tempting Witch (5/11 Warlocks). So, I think this works:
Soul of the Fen
Creature - Spirit Warlock
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from a graveyard, create a 1/1 black Spirit creature token.

Thank you for the suggestions King_marchesa, I had forgotten about those cards! I wish Liliana's Devotee was a zombie himself...I can see the Devotee in a different zombie deck which focuses on sacrifice effects. But Tymaret Calls the Dead seems like a great way to mill myself, and the eventual lifegain may come in handy. Maybe I can squeeze a couple in.

Liliana's Devotee is a good zombie lord. Additionally, Tymaret Calls the Dead seems pretty good here.

Liliana's Devotee, Necrotic Hex, Shepherd of Rot, Tormod, the Desecrator, Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip, Dread Summons are cards to consider
Liliana's Standard Bearer and Midnight Reaper as draw engines.
Opposition Agent and Hullbreacher for control.
Tortured Existence and Graf Harvest make an incredible synergy.
Mindslicer and Living Death are a must.
Price of Fame works well with its surveil ability (you can discard creatures in graveyard and use them with your cmd), plus is an excellent removal.
