Saw the spoiler for Blanka in the Street Fighter Secret Lair and thought about how I would build it.

The goal is to get enough 1-2 drop cantrips that target Blanka. Usually at normal speed, turn 5 you would have 5 mana, Blanka out. You should by that time have 3-5 spells you can cast the next turn to go off a bit, and with cards like Kediss and Wild Defiance, you can really get your opponents down in life and usually kill one of them, if that is the type of game you are going for of course.

Seize the Day is a great finisher here, with its ability to target and flashback, you can really take out the board with it if you have a good amount of mana by the time you draw it.

Anyways, I am still making minor tweeks, but the main point is here. Target Blanka as often as you can. You can also use both storm spells to over target to really get some good damage in, well all 3. Scattershot is an instant, so keep that in mind ;)
