I want to make a cheap EDH deck that smells of rot and earth, so I'm going with Golgari colors on it. My current Standard deck is G/W with bolster, so I want to include some +1 counters to the deck.

Any suggestions should be kept to under $5, as I'm trying to keep the amount I spend on new cards to under $50. Everything listed is what I already own.

So far, the idea is to get out cheap creatures, reanimate them when they die, and tack on +1/+1 counters. That's as far as I've gotten, and I don't really have the card knowledge or collection at this point to flesh this out fully.
