My joureny back into the world of magic continues.

Mostly just enjoying the process of making and refining decks, but I haven't actually been playing as much. Hoping that will change soon.

Digging around for commander/EDH ideas I can build without spending a bunch of money and aquiering a massive ammount of new cards.

Don't have much white put together right now, and I found Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran

He's not great, but good enough to work with for now.

Super early rough draft where I just grabbed shit that sounded good and threw it together. Even just equal amounts of mountains and plains regardless of library proportions.

Basically trying to build an aggressive red and white army where as many of my little dudes help buff each other as much as possible with abilities,counters and buff to encourage attacking en mass. A pseudo wide spread voltron/gestalt thingy.

Abzan Falconer + Abzan Battle PriestAinok Bond-Kin + Elite Scaleguard + High Sentinels of Arashin + Inspiring Roar creates an army of beefed up, first strike, lifelink, flyers that tap thier defenses. Throw Soulbright Flamekin into the mix to add trample for good measure. Pump up the entire army even more with Scale Blessing Keep the motivated and spread the enemy thin with Goblin War Drums

Myth Realized and Crusader of Odric are sneaky Fling fodder.

My commander needed a couple of captains. Marton Stromgald becomes an absolute beast with the right friends on the field (see above)

Keldon Warlord and this meat head just for fun, because, I mean just look at this big 'Ole dummy.

Knight of Dawn as a stealth assasin. Beef him up, give him protection from whatever colour my opponent is playing and rush him past the front line. And look how pretty he is. I want to ride into battle looking as fabulous.

Red and white deck? Had to bust out my Sunglasses of Urza I've loved the flavour of this card for decades.

And the closest thing to a wincon card is Outmaneuver With enough mana and a adequately roided up force, that life total can plummet.

The rest is rounded out with some other creatures with thier own utilities to make them bigger individuals. Nothing too specific or synergistic.

Plus I've got a bunch of other Boros cards I've never used so, throw em in the pile. Akroan Hoplite Wojek Halberdiers Viashino Firstblade Iroas's Champion Skyknight Legionnaire Fortress Cyclops Martial Glory Boros Charm War Flare

Now to play test, refine, continue looking through piles of cards and seeing if something sounds better and switching things out. Look at buying some cheap additions and improvements eventually.
