Goblin are always cool. +1 from me. I like the idea with the Threaten like cards to untap Krenko.
By the way: Goblin cards with the coolest flavor text Raging Goblin and Goblin Deathraiders.
Some suggestions for your deck:
- Thousand-Year Elixir and Magewright's Stone are repeatable untap effect at good cost (Mana) and bad cost (Money). The Stone also gives pseudo-haste for Krenko.
- War Room is a good choice for card draw in Mono-Red Decks.
- Castle Embereth is a better Mountain
- Blood Moon is expensive (Money) but so gooood in Mono Red. Another option is Ruination
- Skirk Fire Marshal is a interesting option to close out Commander Games really fast
- Roar of the Crowd is a slightly worse Massive Raid

I was thinking of old krenko, from back when I was still mucking about with goblin lists.
For rakdos aggro, Munitions Expert is the most important as (functionally) extra copies of Goblin Grenade . Earwig Squad and Sling-Gang Lieutenant somewhere in the 75.
Run some tests with spike jester and see if you like it there- I've played it in the past and its fine. Not amazing, just fine. Jund Hackblade is similar, but more conditional, and Goblin Deathraiders is bad. Thats the multicolour goblins covered- its quite unexciting. Mad Auntie is a lord that doesn't offer evasion, and is therefore better as any of the red lords, but might be worth it in a hyper-budget list.
Auntie's Snitch and Squee, Goblin Nabob are an interesting card advantage engine (which is hated out by the same cards as dredge), but can make for a fun Zombie Infestation list. Stinkdrinker Bandit would be good if enough good goblin rogues existed. Warren Weirding is an interesting hybrid removal/token spell, but still sub-par.
With the meta up in the air as far as competitive modern goes, I don't feel too confident getting more specific than 'playtest'.
Stoneforge means plans for a t3 Batterskull are a must, as well as a plan for Ensnaring Bridge (hence me looking at Angrath's Rampage or Rakdos Charm ), but past that just playtest and see what you like. See if any rakdos burn lists show up on a metagame site for you to pinch the sideboard/spells from.
I mean, I'm someone who'd see if Skirk Prospector / Knucklebone Witch / Experimental Frenzy was playable. I'm not sure you should be taking advice from me.

Oni of Wild Places, Scourge Devil, Fleshbag Marauder, Dregscape Zombie, Goblin Deathraiders, Gleaming Barrier, Shambling Remains, Act of Treason, and Goblin Rally are all cards I would remove.

Nice list +1 from me.
Anyway, this list needs more goblins ;-). So I vote for Goblin Deathraiders

Garchomp98 not sure if i should replace Goblin Deathraiders or Jund Hackblade with Spike Jester. I'm kind of leaning toward hackblade because they both have haste but Spike Jester doesn't have a requirement to meet first.

+1 for me! I love everything about Goblins. I also think Warren Instigator would fit in here, just a thought. I agree with your choice of using Legion Loyalist instead of a Goblin Guide. Would you also consider a Spike Jester as an alternative for Goblin Deathraiders. By the way nice deck bro!

Did some major changes based off suggestions from the Pauper subreddit. Big thanks to Unstoppablebac0n, Slurmsmackenzie8, await, Semper_nemo13, and most of all mrogersj5 for pointing out a lot of the flaws and/or giving suggestions and tips or insight.
Mainboard
A lot of them pointed out that the draw was kind of arbitrary and hindered the deck quite a bit, so I removed the strictly draw cards like Gitaxian Probe and Faithless Looting. Also had a recommendation to remove the Lightning Bolts! or add one more for a playset. Ended up removing them as I doubt they'll do better than anything in the sideboard, plus it's just more space to add pump spells but I may add them back in. With that I also added in some Goblin Deathraiders for some extra pressure, plus trample helps get around chump blockers.
Something that I should have known better against, since I play more aggro decks than anything else, is the land count was too high. I went with mroger's suggestion for land count, removed a bunch of basics and two Evolving Wilds for some Bloodfell Caves and extra spells.
As for the spells themselves, I took out Borrowed Hostility for Cartouche of Zeal in both boards as per mroger's suggestion again. Ultimately the Cartouche does more for one mana than the Hostility. Dragon Mantle was also added because firebreathing and cantrip in an aura spell is a good idea. Outside of enchantments, playsets Mutagenic Growth and Temur Battle Rage were added. I'd been considering the Growths for a while because they're really good, but it took someone else suggesting it to push me to do it. Also I mentioned needing more evasion, and Battle Rage should be able to grant Trample more often than not and if not the double strike will help immensely.
Sideboard
As for sideboard, I took out pretty much all of the control initially in there for what is hopefully better control. Like in the MB, Cartouches for Hostility and I kept Nihil Spellbomb in as well. I added in Vampiric Link for Aggro matchups because lifelink. The rest of it I'm iffy on and is going to mostly depend on what I run into. Diabolic Edict was removed from MB to a 3 of in SB, but that's subject to change. Electrickery was suggested to me in place of Echoing Decay but that's another thing I'm iffy on. Again will depend on what I go against. Pyroblast is another card that might end up getting replaced, probably with more Pains if Counterspell is running rampant. Finally one Flaring Pain was added in, incase of Kami Pestilence lock or anything with Spore Frog.
Maybeboard
I had Apostle's Blessing suggested, and I really want to put it in but it'll probably be dependent on if I need it. It more than likely will get added in when I get tired of targeted removal, but for now it's in the back of my mind.
Echoing Decay is something I touched up on, but it's going to depend on if some token strats come out of nowhere.
Again big thanks to all the help on Reddit and I'm super excited to get some testing done with the new build.
