Vraska has the most keyword-dependent ability we've seen in a while, so I thought it was worth a shot as super themed Oathbreaker concept.

As to why the creature power level seems so low, the goal of the deck is to curve out VERY early, hitting efficient creature drops and swinging quickly. Vraska's static ability is essential, thus she is always the turn 4 play, and I wanted to avoid conflicting 4+ mana plays. This is basically every good Deathtouch creature under 4 mana.
