This deck uses cards like Prime Speaker Vannifar and Eldrich Evolution to customize your battlefield. I'm not using Birthing Pod because everyone is already doing that. I use counterspells like Essence Capture , Essence Scatter , Counterspell , and Disallow so they don't get out their commander. Then I use Prime Speaker Vannifar to bring out Biovisionary and Progenitor Mimic . I might also use Altered Ego to copy their commander once they get it out. Then I use Turn to Frog on their commander when they attack and I block with something like Combine Guildmage . At this point I probably have four Biovisionary s.
