FelixCarter on The Gift of Infection - Ezuri, Claw of Progress

Inkmoth Nexus won't trigger Ezuri's ability, unfortunately. By the time it enters the battlefield and you tap to turn it into a creature, the trigger will have been missed. Khalni Garden on the other hand does trigger Ezuri. I don't see why Novijen, Heart of Progress is counted as a trigger, but it's a very good addition to the deck!

I might suggest you look at Lorescale Coatl and - especially his submarine cousin - Chasm Skulker.

I see you mostly went with Phyrexian cards! I would very much suggest Thrummingbird and Inexorable Tide. If you want to keep it flavorful, I'd look into replacing creatures like Sun Quan, Lord of Wu and Sage of Hours, but that would favor flavor over functionality.

If you want to delve into the Simic side and explore evolution at it's finest, I would recommend mind controlling your opponent with Cytoplast Manipulator and Simic Manipulator.

If doubling counters is you thing, Solidarity of Heroes and Evolution Vat has their uses. Vorel of the Hull Clade and his predecessor - Gilder Bairn - would also like to say "Hi." Together with your Doubling Season, cards like Ring of Three Wishes get a lot more uses! Lux Cannon is also a great card to double counters on. Contagion Engine is a good MaybeBoard/SideBoard.

Momir Vig, Simic Visionary can act as a tutor, seeing as you have plenty of green creatures. And Fertilid can bring out all your basic lands for very little mana, thinning your deck and ensuring you draw into more spells late-game!

Progenitor Mimic and Leafdrake Roost can always add fuel to the metaphorical fire by giving you another creature and experience counter every turn. Predator Ooze starts small but gets ridiculous real fast.

Finally, Prime Speaker Zegana, Master Biomancer, and Kalonian Hydra might be a little big for Ezuri to care, but by the time they come out and get the ball rolling, Ezuri might not even matter!

Once again. Love the overall theme of the deck! +1
