Yeah, I actually play DotM in my Bant-chantress list that has a heavy recursion theme, playing Once and Future , Regenesis , Tamiyo, Collector of Tales .
So in pure Azorius it's not really good; "Calculating" how much of a card type you need to run certain synergies is just a function of resources/payoff. Here you have a flyers theme with Sephara and all as payoffs and a token theme with Visitation.
That's already two strategies, no space for a third one that requires a graveyard full of stuff.

I don't have much in the way of constructive comments, I just wanted to say I really like this deck, and you did a fantastic write up. Glissa was always a deck I thought would be fun to play, but I never had the cards to really make it work (too much competition w/ my windgrace and daretti decks) anyway this is a really inspiring list and i like the theme.
I'm just gonna leave a few card suggestions that I didn't see in your list that are worthy of consideration, if you haven't already.
Merciless Executioner Sylvan Library Casualties of War High Market
Harrow maybe has some interesting interaction w/ artifact lands? Diabolic Intent has been pretty useful to get stuff in the bin. Stitch Together is a pretty solid reanimation card, Recollect and Regenesis seem like they might be better than reclaim. I understand that the 1 cmc is powerful, and instant speed is always good, however, I personally don't like putting stuff on my top of my library (i know that in Glissa that doesn't make much of a difference), so in case you ever feel like maybe yo wanna change I strongly recommend those two. Regenesis is especially fun. :)
Good deck, thanks for sharing. +1'ed

Replaced Wildest Dreams with Regenesis for two reasons:
- Playtest revealed that I never really was willing to pay X=3 for Wild Dreams
- Flavor Wise, the artwork is more on point for the deck

Some updates to try to help balance the deck/keep it under $100, and to free up a couple cards for other decks.
In: Incubation Druid , Gyre Engineer , Fellwar Stone , Song of Freyalise , River's Rebuke , Nevinyrral's Disk , Regenesis , Flood of Recollection , Acidic Slime
Out: Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip, Lifecrafter's Bestiary , Counterspell , Benthic Biomancer , Obsessive Skinner , Prowling Serpopard , Simic Manipulator , Skyrider Patrol , Bioshift

So the ideal play is T2 Growth Spiral into T3 Circuitous Route , but the alternatives for the early turns is either a Syncopate or a T3 Gift of Paradise , which means you can't hold up a counter on T3. Ramp at T2 gives you 4 mana the next turn, but ramp at T3 gives you 5 mana on T4, and only Regenesis is 5. I think it might make more sense to play Druid of the Cowl so you have 8 cards for a T2 ramp and play more 4 drops like possibly Karn, Scion of Urza or Frilled Mystic . Regenesis also seems odd here considering that you only have 8 targets for them. I think the issue with a go big strategy like this is losing to early aggression, and having more interactive spells lower than 4cmc could really help.
