I had a 60 card deck built around only cards that would deal instances of 1 damage. I called it Finger of God so now I present The Middle Finger of God. Not spending a lot of money on decks right now but will update it as I get to test it. I am not sure which commander to use right now, I will be testing but I think Niv-Mizzet Parun is my current choice.
