I'd like to see the Nuckelavee creature type. (Not to be confused with the card Nucklavee - totally different concept.) A Nuckelavee comes from Scottish folklore of a horse and man that have been fused together as one creature. Lone Rider  Flip's flipside is an excellent example of one which is probably what it pays homage too.

I get the feeling it leans a bit too much into the specter creature type, but there's nothing saying this creature type has to be black as it would be interesting to see it portrayed in a different color with its own unique slew of mechanics. Perhaps in white-green would be seriously interesting.

Oh and perhaps could we have a "Trap" or "Snare" or "Ambuscade" creature type? I'd like to see some more non-sentient creature types like Wall and I think cards that function as some sort of trap/snare would be great whether they be pitfall traps or trip-snares or magic-based traps that teleport you into oblivion or shrink you to really tiny size. I'd like to see more objects get creature typings.

Thanks for pointing that out. I would have had a real sad day trying to play that deck like that. I made sum changes accordingly. I'm iffy about Nucklavee he's a higher drop then I'm wanting. But I might sideboard as an alternative.

Yeah, this looks like a lot of decks I've put together with just cards on hand, could be fun to play but the deck seems to lack a defining purpose.
Jori is hard to focus on because the ability itself is just card advantage. I personally would figure out what I want to do to win, like do I draw my deck and play Laboratory Maniac, and then find ways to make Jori do that for me.
Two strategies I think might work well are Wheel and secret Voltron. With Wheel, you could be drawing your deck and disrupting others waiting to wear them down to nothing. If that strategy puts to big of a target on your head, you could try pumping Jori up to 21 and unblockable all in one turn, but this strategy tends to only work once.
Aside from finding a purpose for the deck, some general suggestions on the build would be to lower the curve so you can more constantly cast two spells each turn. Also repeatable spell casting is a huge plus for you, so I would consider bounce effects for low cost Artifacts and Creatures like Imaginary Pet, Rebound effects like Distortion Strike, and maybe even the recurring suspend cards like Arc Blade and Reality Strobe. Another great way to find repeatable value might be in flicker effects on something like Nucklavee or Izzet Chronarch. You could flicker them with Essence Flux, and then get the Essence Flux back when he enters the battlefield again, and with Nucklavee maybe even get a red sorcery you have in the graveyard. One other great card with this commander might be Voidmage Husher, you can shut down a troublesome abilities, like an Attrition targeting Jori, and get her back later for more value.
Well, I hope some of this was helpful. Good Luck and happy brewing!!

I like the look of the deck so far! Since you were looking for some suggestions of cards to include I put together a list of some that could go very well in this list: Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, Consecrated Sphinx, Keranos, God of Storms, Mindwrack Liege, Dragon Mage, Nucklavee, Young Pyromancer, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Collective Defiance, Incendiary Command, Rite of Replication, Dack Fayden, and Jace Beleren.

I hope these ideas are helpful! Good Luck!

Thanks for the input! You gave me a few things to think about but I particularly am fond of Bloodwater Entity...not exactly Snapcaster Mage but seems more playable than Nucklavee... I'll have to playtest it.

Looking to build Kess when she comes out and I want to run creatures that on ETB either return spells to be used again or return my other creatures to play. I'm focusing on ETBs and would like help filling in the holes.

Ive got a couple on hand already:Anarchist, Charmbreaker Devils, Mnemonic Wall, Nucklavee , and Phyrexian Delver. Additionally I'll be getting Havengul Lich, bloodline necromaner, Archaeomancer and Izzet Chronarch in the wizard deck. But is there anything else I'm missing?
