*Editor's Note: Deck has no actual medicinal properties.

Some decks that feature Braids, Conjurer Adept are built like giant EDH-style Show And Tell decks, Playing huge creatures and threats turn two or three to crush the opposition.

This is not that deck.

TDTCC focuses around letting your opponents play lots of free stuff, and making your opponents draw lots of cards so that they may be able to play lots of free stuff.

But don't let the group hug theme fool you: Braids wins way more than it has any right to and I find this highly amusing.

You see, Braids accelerates the game so quickly and gets so little benefits off of her own upkeep triggers, that it becomes completely impractical to target her, allowing you to slowly set up for the win. If everyone except one guy has an Eldrazi Titan on turn five, can you really afford to take shots at the little guy? Maybe. I don't know it could happen. But at my locals at least people tend to leave me alone.

Not that this version was supposed to be a one-time joke that didn't have a lot of money in it. If I wanted to make the deck better I absolutely include a Force of Will, Force of Negation and a Commandeer. Braids loves hand traps.

Anyway, if you're looking for a unique, fun commander (that loves to ruin control player's day) give Mono-Blue Braids group hug a try!
