Took my old Stasis deck, and made it commander-friendly. Some counters, some steals, and lots of 2-cost instants, for Isochron Scepter. There are some fun (for me) cards in here, that could probably be substituted for cards that fit the theme better. Very open to suggestions. This is more of a multi-player deck, than duel deck.
