The object of this budget commander deck is to create a variety of creature tokens, protect them with Emmara's ability, and swing to win. There are a couple of vulnerabilities: the commander's mana value is 7, and if she's removed a couple of times it could be difficult to get her out again. And even when she's in play, the tokens are not indestructible, only immune from damage. For added protection, it runs spells like Rootborn Defenses and Heroic Intervention. Key synergy pieces include Growing Ranks and Second Harvest.
