I'm glad you like it roseofizzet! Thank you for the comment! Have you had any thoughts as you have play tested? My thinking as I've tested the deck here is that I'm wanting more consistent token fodder to sacrifice for Gimli's fight trigger. I feel like Arasta of the Endless Web does that job pretty well in play testing, I'll be curious to see if she sticks to the field in a pod. Any thoughts? Thank you for your time!

I think more 1/1 token generators that work over time are the way to go, stuff like Rabble Rousing, Torens, Fist of the Angels and Rhys the Redeemed, also Wild Beastmaster seem really fun!

As far as cuts, Awakening Zone, Griffin Aerie, Arasta of the Endless Web and Sandwurm Convergence are all excellent cards, but they don't synergize with the commander so that could be a good set of swaps imo.

I like this commander though I gotta say, seems like fun

I like it! Kind of reminds me of Arasta of the Endless Web where you get value of your opponents actions, and I love Arasta. People never realize that they've given me too many spiders until they've given me waaaaay too many spiders : )

Aaaand, I just realized that this would be perfect in my white graveyard deck. I kind of want this card now, with this art, because it's awesome.

Dud cards: Conclave Guildmage Conclave's Blessing Rallying Roar + a lot of the convoke cards

Why is Katilda, Dawnhart Prime in the deck?

I've seen Outlaws' Merriment flop a lot in Alex's deck

Consider conspire cards like Gleeful Sabotage and Wort, the Raidmother

Have you considered Plargg, Dean of Chaos  ^Flip Augusta would ball in this deck?

I always suggest a little bit of creature sacrifice in a deck like this. Here's some suggestions: Perilous Forays Martyr's Cause Goblin Bombardment Fanatical Devotion Evolutionary Leap Tooth and Claw Makeshift Munitions Barrage of Expendables. When you swing out, shit's gonna get killed so it's nice to make the most of your creatures. Plus these cards do great against board wipes.

Consider these land sacrifice cards: Sylvan Safekeeper Squirrel Wrangler Goblin Trenches Constant Mists Aura Fracture

Also consider adding anthems to drive the win home if you think you will struggle with winning.

Prosperous Partnership slaps and I suggest you reconsider it.

Kazierts - You definitely went full jank! As the deck is, in Modern I feel like this is a struggle bus...no offense...With a average CMC of >4.0 and not many cards to disrupt your opponent or even interact with their board, I feel like your spiders are going to get squashed more often than not.

Despite my initial bleak forecast, I feel like Nyx Weaver might have some merit in this deck. It feels like you are trying to get some cards in your graveyard fast to power up things like Unholy Heat. Nyx Weaver aids with that and keeps the spider "tribe" feel. Chainweb Aracnir is a suggestion for lowering the manna curve. Its ability to be recast from the grave is a bonus if you get into a dogfight. Rotwidow Pack again hits on the theme of getting cards into the graveyard and has a nice "tribal" feel to it. Arasta of the Endless Web might be nice to run a few copies of just to aid in getting some bodies out on the field if your opponent loves to play spells.

In terms of support, Swarmyard could be helpful to keep some of those heavy hitting spiders on the board if you could swing it. Running tri-colors is tough though with utility lands added in. Spider Spawning is not good but it is an option as well.

IN:

Arasta of the Endless Web went in for good Blockers (and it is a Enchantment Creature)

Verduran Enchantress for more Draw with the Enchantment Syergy

OUT:

Ruination just a little bit too brutal. And put some more NonBasic Lands in

Fire Diamond and Moss Diamond out for Talisman of Impulse

Nice build! I don't play straight up enchantress, but have a enchant side to a few decks, so here are a few things that I've found good. Not sure if they are exactly what you want for the deck, but figured I'd throw out ideas.

Mirri's Guile is one of my favorite turn 1 enchants, and it goes great with Abundance When you get to a point where guile doesn't have any amazing options, you can turn over your top cards with abundance and then get a fresh pile next turn.

Setessan Champion is another enchantress effect with a little upside of getting huge sometimes : )

Leveler could help you get to your thoracle win faster, though it is super risky.

Arasta of the Endless Web is a decent blocker and an enchant, and you'd be shocked how many spiders people give you. By the time your opponents even see it as a cost, you will have like 10.

Hall of Heliod's Generosity is a great effect, I just wish it wasn't so always expensive to get.

Moon-Blessed Cleric might be a great tutor for you considering how much draw you have.

And I guess Song of the Dryads might be good as removal too.

Again, not too sure how useful these are, but a few I've found handy.
