Ragnar was printed as a rare, but "reprinted" as an uncommon for MTGO; therefore I will take Ragnar's advice, and I will "have no fear" to run him as my commander. In my playgroup, a legendary creature must be used as the commander, regardless of the pauper ruling that any common or uncommon can be utilized; but if I could use a non-legendary uncommon, it would be Messenger Falcons.
