This deck is fun, it wasn't supposed to be competitive. The best part is that it's cheap too. The idea is simple, a bit of ramping to cast Noyan, then it's spell all the way baby! Creatures? What creatures? Noyan turns your own lands into creatures, that means how ever many lands you have in the deck is how many creatures you have. Got Throne of the God-Pharaoh ? Great! Use the lands you just turned into creatures to cast your spells. Someone about to cast Cyclonic Rift ? No problem! It only bounces non-land permanent to your hand. Getting bored of your groups meta? Use this at your next commander meet up to confuse them when they read what your commander does! There's really no reason not to use this deck if you want to have fun.
