This is a deck intended to recur its combo repeatedly. Although it generally won't play anything until turn 4/5, once it gets going, it can be powerful all at once.

After casting Glimpse of Tomorrow for the first time, you want to put it back into your deck. Most often with Grazing Kelpie.

Then, you may have the option of using discover or cascade again to Glimpse some more. Gradually, you will just put out so much stuff on the board that opponents will concede just looking at it.

Jin Gitaxias can copy Shardless Agent, allowing you to cascade more than once in the same turn.

Ordering the stack correctly in this deck is important. Always put your discover / cascade / haste triggers on the stack after your creatures enter play. This will allow you to get more out of each Glimpse rotation. In order to close the loop, press the "no" button whenever you want.

Transplant Theorist may draw you a lot of cards all at once. This can be good or bad, depending on what you're after. You could draw a good token generator. Or you could draw something that allows you keep Glimpsing again.

Remember to tap all your lands in between Glimpses in case you want to cast something from your hand.
