Couple combos in there -

Deathbringer Thoctar + Mer-Ek Nightblade Get two counters on the Deathbringer and clean the board.

Incubation Druid + Vigean Graftmage Simple pimple infinite mana and infinite untaps. Use with the many mana sinks in the deck or Kraj to make everything huge. Golgari Guildmage is a nice sink.
