This is a mill build with Phenax which has no plan to attack ever. The point of this deck is to stay back on defense and mill out opponents right before untapping.

I have a lot of big butts in this deck to help with that. Ancient Stone Idol and Charix, the Raging Isle are some of the biggest creatures on defense and are easy to tap for mill before my turn. Consuming Aberration can get massive while also milling just for exisiting. Scaretiller and King Macar, the Gold-Cursed are both cards that benefit me as they tap/untap. Silent Arbiter can protect me from wide swings and Tree of Perdition can get massive if it survives for a turn or so.

Altar of the Brood mills my opponents just for myself existing, which is nice. Dramatic Reversal and Intruder Alarm are both amazing cards that can help me mill out my opponents way quicker.

Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, Mind Grind, and Maddening Cacophony are all game enders or at least very helpful in getting me closer to my goal. Throw in a Bruvac the Grandiloquent for a quick win.
