I wanted to try and build this commander as I love to work with unusual styles of play to try and find unique approaches to MTG.

Having play-tested against a couple of decks I've decided I like this enough to invest in the full version. Whilst it feels slow to get off the ground, which in itself is unusual for a Rakdos build, eventually the weirdness of play confuses opponents enough to allow the deck to take the upper hand. Once you can empty their hand and sneak enough damning cards onto their board, there becomes a clear turning point where we go from a being an unusual & somewhat cute but harmless opponent, to suddenly locking the shackles as their dungeon master, savouring their confusion whilst you laugh at their now fated demise.

There are of course plenty of vulnerabilities and whilst this is a far cry from cEDH, it's a lot of fun to play. Watching opponents stumble over how to deal with such a weird set of threats is rather satisfying. Think I may need to add in some commander protection options, not enough answers in the deck currently given how critical Blim is to the workings of the deck, but will playtest with a live deck once all the cards have arrived and see what cards will be good to strip out & filter in accordingly to balance it off.
