Jaws of Stone

Sorcery

Jaws of Stone deals X damage divided as you choose among any number of target creatures and/or players, where X is the number of Mountains you control as you cast Jaws of Stone.

Well, after a quick search I found a few damage spells that might be worth checking out: Mine Collapse can deal 5 damage for no mana in a pinch, if this can kill an opponent at a good moment it could definitely be worth it, Spire Barrage/Spitting Earth can each hit a single creature for potentially a lot (spreading it out sounds incredible to me!). Their is also Jaws of Stone if you really, really like the effect.Transmogrifying Wand is an incredible piece of removal in a mono-colour deck.

What kind of help are you specifically hoping for?

I always find that monored EDH decks tend to have an issue getting enough cards in hand. I could see that being an issue here, especially with the "free" play abilities you have in! Some things that could help are cards like Fire Prophecy , Stolen Strategy , Faithless Looting , Jeska's Will , Cavalier of Flame , Mask of Memory , Neheb, Dreadhoard Champion, and Valakut Exploration .
Some non-creature cards that might have good synergy for the deck are Commander's Plate , Skullclamp , Whispersilk Cloak , Worldslayer , Embercleave , Mirage Mirror , Aggravated Assault , Gratuitous Violence , Chaosphere , and Sorrow's Path .
Some other creatures that could help are Breaker of Armies , Void Winnower , Marton Stromgald , Urabrask the Hidden , Legion Loyalist , Hellkite Charger , Flamerush Rider , Torbran, Thane of Red Fell , Soulbright Flamekin , and Siege Dragon . Also, any eldrazi if you wanna be that mean, especially the original set with annihilator.
The sacrifice clause on Purphoros can also have some fun opportunity, especially with cards like Blood Aspirant , Mycosynth Wellspring , and Ancient Stone Idol .
Oh! And if you do end up with that many mountains, Jaws of Stone , Landslide , Spawn of Thraxes , and Spire Barrage , could all be ridiculously powerful late-game!
Happy building!!!

I don't think you can ever cast a Jaws of Stone in a game of Modern, so maybe cut that for some other hate cards (you are currently missing graveyard hate in the sideboard).

There is probably a better utility land than Teetering Peaks for this deck, one that does not sacrifice tempo for burst. Maybe Castle Embereth?

Okay, I love the flavor of the deck. I think the damage aspect could still be improved, but I also think it's very hard to focus. So, I apologize for throwing all of these options at you: Gratuitous Violence , Fireblast , Curse of Bloodletting , Seething Song , Mordant Dragon (I think this would stack), Claws of Valakut , Jaws of Stone , Breath of Darigaaz , Cosmotronic Wave , Ashling the Pilgrim , Embercleave , Heartless Hidetsugu , Koth of the Hammer .
As for cuts, I (without thinking very much and just reacting to a first read through) am leaning towards: impact tremors, stolen strategy, vicious shadows, war's toll ( I don't think this will stack with mana barbs and burning earth, but I could be totally wrong), red elemental blast, sarkhan the masterless, and ugin the ineffible.

Note that while Wort can choose new targets, she cannot choose new modes.

Note also that you cannot choose a new division for cards like Jaws of Stone or Rolling Thunder, which reduces their utility. You can choose new targets, but you will have to redistribute the previous numbers, not choose new ones.

You shouldn't really need too many fireballs during one game, especially if you add in some more draw.

Some stuff I would definitely remove:

Bathe in Dragonfire
Feral Lightning - 9 damage for 6 mana is not the best trade. Especially if you can't choose where the damage goes.
Jaws of Stone, Spire Barrage, and Seismic Strike - You just need to cut these because they just don't bring enough into the game to be relevant.
Mountain - Not all of them, it's just 50 lands is a ton in EDH. Most you should ever have is 42. I would cut down to 40.

Stuff I might add:

Urza's Incubator - Nuff said
Dragonlord's Servant - See above
Dragonspeaker Shaman - see above the above
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon - One of the few planeswalkers very relevant in EDH.
Cavern of Souls - Uncounterable dragons? YES PLEASE!
Adaptive Automaton - Tribal Buffs.
Door of Destinies - More tribal Buffs.

Honorable Mentions

Coat of Arms - This is a great card, but it would benefit the enemy Elf tribal more than it would benefit you.
