This is a custom commander deck because I wanted to play Dalek Tribal. I think that the Daleks could be a minus-green faction, with two sub-factions of Mardu and Grixis, depending on which story you are in. So I made them Mardu in this case.

There are 15 custom cards to fill out the deck, I will be testing them and some might get tweaked to avoid making something overpowered.
