This deck is all based around Saruman, the White hand. This card cares about noncreature spells and makes orc armies. This deck profits off of noncreature spells and has a +1+1 counter sub theme.

Some cards of note are conspiracy and maskwood nexus. These creature types are important to pay attention to as the commander will provide additional benifits to other cards.

The cards in the "maybeboard" are cards that are currently in your collection. I have left these in the "Maybeboard" so that way it is easier for you to get them together when building this deck.
