This deck is supposed to function as a control deck that uses the abilities of Creature - Human cards. The commander, Derevi, is to be played as quickly as possible for the Tap/Untap effects. The goal of the deck is to participate more in the political aspect of the game through locking down other player's ability to play spells. Negotiation occurs once players recognize that nothing is going to happen without this deck saying it's okay, as evidenced by intentionally or unintentionally missing triggers.
