A mono-white commander list that tries to force your opponents to attack with certain creatures with Bullwhip, Arcum's Whistle etc. and to generate value with your superior blockers. Zhao Zilong is there to annoy them with quasi-unblockable commander damage, although given the theme Brimaz would be the superior commander choice of course.

Yes, this kind of idea would be way better in a 2 to 5 color deck instead because the ways to force your opponents to attack are basically limited to artifacts and Oracle en-Vec in a mono-white version (unless I am missing something.)
