This is a concept deck for PDH preconstructed decks trying to mimic the spirit of the EDH preconstructed decks released by Wizards. The same 99 cards should be usable with any of the three commanders in the sideboard, with each commander leading to a different play style. The maybe board shows some examples of potential upgrades.

Qumulox will be an efficient, evasive, and easily replayable voltron threat that will kill with commander damage in two or three swings, depending on how many equipment are attached to it.

Skilled Animator will lend itself to a moderately aggressive game plan by turning cheap artifacts into large early game beaters. The 0/0 atifact creatures with +1/+1 counters will be some of the most powerful targets for the Animator, since you could make threats like a 6/6 with flying and attack with it as early as turn 3.

Whirler Rogue will enable a tokens and mass evasion strategy, with a heavy focus on card advantage and equipment, since you can tap equipment to make the equipped creature unblockable.

For upgrades, Peel from Reality, Curfew, and Call to Heel are meant to help you reuse Skilled Animator and Whirler Rogue's EtB abilities, while Fade Away, Rush of Knowledge, and Whispersilk Cloak are meant to keep Qumulox safe, keep its hand full, and give it a way to fight go-wide strategies.
