Dubious Challenge
Sorcery
Look at the top ten cards of your library. Exile up to two creatures cards from among them and then shuffle your library. Target opponent may choose one of the exiled cards and put into the battlefield under his or her control. Put the rest onto the battlefield under your control.

Aetherworks Marvel, Unexpected Results, Omniscience all fit the description but aren't great.
Reanimation like Blood for Bones and Bond of Revival could work if you just wanted to beat down with huge threats.
I'm guessing the Expertise series, Electrodominance, and As Foretold aren't what you're looking for.
Dubious Challenge, Madcap Experiment, Jalira, Master Polymorphist, and Dreamshaper Shaman also work.

I've hated Dubious Challenge ever since i opened it in my 3rd pack. Could you make a $5 modern deck around it so I can make my opponents hate it too?

I think the mana could use some work but thanks. I've seen some just WG builds that can more or less be a stompy deck if they don't draw Dubious Challenge . Maybe splashing blue isn't amazing but Teferi, Time Raveler seems great to make challenge uncounterable and oko just lets us be an okay midrange deck if we don't draw it.

This looks pretty interesting. I'd consider leaning into an entirely colourless package with tron lands, and use Fist of Suns , but the bringers deserve to see the light. There are a lot of 'cheat big stuff' shells out there. Being reanimator is likely the strongest option, and I might try the dice archetype's mana package, to just make a ton of mana. Far from the most fun.
Pentad Prism is used to power out ad-nausiem, and artifact ramp cards offer options.
The unique thing about the big changeling is that he can abuse tribal cards. So go tinker with that.

I thought about it, but that version is more of a go-wide strategy than go-tall, and Dubious Challenge is absolutely a go-tall enabler.

Qolorful: Defense of the Heart looks great. It'll slide right in. I think it'll take the place of Dubious Challenge once I acquire one. Thank you!!
KongMing: I will definitely play test Warstorm Surge . I had Where Ancients Tread in the list before for a similar effect, and I found that I often had better things to do with my mana, and it often ended up as a dead card, or I just never got value from it. Surge seems suitably different though, and i'll give it a try. Cheers!!
Flux27: OOPS. Little typo. Thanks for picking up on that. I think I believed I was referring to Gideon of the Trials rather than Angel of Grace ! Thanks!!
