Can Phage the Untouchable and Dubious Challenge win the game.

If I use Dubious Challenge to free cast Phage the Untouchable and put her into play under my opponent’s control would I lose or my opponent or nether.
If I use Dubious Challenge to free cast Phage the Untouchable and put her into play under my opponent’s control would I lose or my opponent or nether.

Dubious Challenge doesn't let you pick which creature enters under your control. the steps of the resolution in order are:
You look at the top 10 cards of your library and exile 0, 1, or 2 creature cards.
Your opponent MAY choose one of them, so they choose 0 or 1 to put into the battlefield under their control.
The remaining ones are put onto the battlefield under your control.
So if you exile Phage and another card, they pick the other one and you lose. If you exile just Phage, they pick none and you lose.
