Turned my casual WB Orzhov deck into a Commander. Idea is to use extort and other bleeding effects to control the enemy's life or bleed them out all together.

Game-winning combos include:

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond + Extort

Exquisite Blood + Defiant Bloodlord + Extort

Exquisite Blood + Cliffhaven Vampire + Extort

Exquisite Blood + Vizkopa Guildmage + Extort

Felidar Sovereign + Life gain to 40+

Triskaidekaphobia + Control to 13 life (Tree of Perdition, etc.)

Aetherflux Reservoir + Life Gain to 51+ (probably)

Extort and use defensive control spells (including Teysa as commander) to prevent/deter anyone from attacking until you can fire off a combo or bleed them out completely.
