Pauper spellslinger/voltron build featuring Crackling Drake. The deck features a lot of bounce and a lot of counter spells. Additionally, there are about 10 cards that are utility/combat tricks making your commander unblockable (Artful Dodge), giving him double strike (Raking Claws), or having him to direct damage to an opponents face (Soul's Fire).

Biggest issues I see with the deck are card draw if I can't get Rhystic Study out and having enough defense if an opponent has a ton of creatures.
