The goal of this deck is just to stack on the Lord abilities. The only one that's possible is Jubilant Skybonder instead of Mizzium Skin , but there's not enough of them in there to make Of One Mind work reliably. I think the current build is pretty much where I'd want it to be, unless I found something like Military Intelligence gave more benefit.

Another potential avenue I was mulling over, might be to introduce some flying "humans" into the cast with similar CMC, who also provide bonuses to flying. (not certain if there are candidates to fit the bill perfectly)
Something like, Jubilant Skybonder , Paragon of Gathering Mists , or Windrider Wizard , to take advantage of the card Of One Mind , so you can have a 1-cast spell for a 2-card draw. Might sully the focus overall though, but is an interesting card.

As for it being "just tempo rogues with Teferi's Tutelage," I took out a lot of the more traditional cards like Agadeem's Awakening Flip and Lullmage's Domination to make room for Teferi's Tutelage. And, while I love Of One Mind in my Tempo Rogues, this deck can win without much of a board state and I love the consistency of Opt always being one mana. I've won with a few Opts and the Scry sets you up nicely.
That's actually one of the reasons I subbed in Anticognition as well. It gets great value with my win condition, and that scrying for two in a deck that constantly draws is so invaluable.
I appreciate your advice but the way you came across was kind of condescending. I got to Mythic with this with a pretty high win rate, I know how to play and I know how to play this deck specifically.

I think you should play some more low drop illusions, especially ones that curve into Lord of the Unreal. Also, more card draw and tribal payoffs. Examples include Fathom Seer for card draw, Metallic Mimic as another lord, AEther Figment as another low drop evasion illusion, Gossamer Phantasm, and maybe Phantasmal Image for a lord clone. For more card draw I might suggest something like Of One Mind? But you don't really have enough humans to trigger it often enough I think. A more consistent option would be Serum Visions.

If you want to run Retrofitter Foundry you run Ornithopter and 4 copies of Outcast to turn into 4/4s. If you want to run more generic good stuff you splash green and snowlands and consider playing Oko and Icefang and Assassins Trophy/Abrupt Decay. You might consider Brazen Borrower. Either way a lower creature count benefits you.
For lands you want 16-18. 16 if you are going lower to ground tempo. 18 if you want snow and Oko. Duals help but you don't need them. What you really need tho is Fetchlands.
Standstill sadly isnt good enough anymore. Its time has passed. Given how the decks that may of once played it now have access to 1 mana and 2 mana draw 2s with less downside it just has been meta and power creeped out. Of One Mind might do you better as human and non human is easy to pull off.
