Gattison, I finally tried out Winged Words a bit, so I figured I'd report back with my results.

I think my concerns were caused by piloting errors. I found the issues I was having with Tandem Lookout largely go away if I prioritize land drops more when I am using my Ponders and Preordains. Tandem Lookout hitting the field and turning a 1/1 faerie into an evasive card draw engine while also enabling Of One Mind is something I was undervaluing in my initial playtesting.

Thanks for the suggestion, Gattison! I have a few Winged Words, so I will try that out and see how it plays. :)

Having not tried it yet, I would be concerned about being slightly less likely to reduce the cost on Of One Mind and having slightly less board presence. I'll report back when I find out more.

I just remembered about Forbidden Friendship. It has good synergy with Of One Mind. I replaced the Shocks for that card.

As for board wipes, you could cut the Quasiduplicates for a couple counterspells, maybe even a Saheeli. But you could always have them in the side for when those matches come up.

Thanks for the suggestion Sam_liv. I was looking into draw spells during building but wasn’t sure which would be best. I like the idea of Of One Mind if it can be pulled off for its ideal cost of , but the criteria has me a bit reticent.

We can probably have the human in play most of the time, since we have 8 potential humans, but we’ve only got 6 non-humans. I suppose if you consider a flipped Delver of Secrets  Flip as both a human and non-human, that changes things...but I’m still unsure. I’ll add it to the maybeboard for now until I can get some serious playtime with the deck and test it out. I do thank you for the wise suggestion, and for your interest in the deck.

Hi! I like the deck, I personally feel like I get stranded without the creatures too often though when I playtest it. Maybe you could replace one or two Displaces with some sort of card advantage spell like Of One Mind?

20 creatures feels like too many, I'd cut the stormchaser mages and go down to 16. Also I think you can go down to 18 lands. You could consider replacing the blistercoils with Stormwing Entity.

For the instants and sorceries, you have a lot of draw a card effects, but I don't think Renegade Tactics + Slip Through Space + Expedite are worth it. I'd add some removal in Play with Fire and Wild Slash (I recommend 6-8 of these in total). Then some card filtering in Consider, card draw in Of One Mind (since you'd have 8 humans and 8 non-humans), and maybe a singleton Treasure Cruise for mid game.
