The following is a parody of "Rebel Rebel," by David Bowie.

Tu tu tu-tu tu tu-tutor [repeat 3x]

You've got your general in the zone

Not sure if you should Medallion or Horn

Hey Plains-walker, your deck looks

Hey Plains-walker, F-N-M tonight

You like , and I like tribal

We like Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero

You love brews when they're 99 tools

You want answers you want them soon

They say filthyc4suals are wrong

You tutor things, and then respond

Rebel Rebel, with your toolbox deck

Rebel Rebel, your face is a target

Rebel Rebel, How Could They Know?

, : I love rebels!

Don't ya?

Tu tu tu-tu tu tu-tutor

You've got your general in the zone

Not sure if you should Pearl Madallion|Medallion or Horn

Hey Plains-walker, your deck looks

Hey Plains-walker, F-N-M tonight

You like , and I like tribal

We like Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero

You love brews when they're 99 tools

You want answers you want them soon

They say filthyc4suals are wrong

You tutor things, and then respond

Rebel Rebel, with your toolbox deck

Rebel Rebel, your face is a target

Rebel Rebel, How Could They Know?

, : I love rebels!

Don't ya?

No?

Tu tu tu-tu tu tu-tutor [repeat 2x]

Rebel Rebel, with your toolbox deck

Rebel Rebel, your face is a target

Rebel Rebel, How Could They Know?

, : I love rebels!

You've played your deck, playmat's a mess

Not enough room for all of these responses

They've got their Vampiric and Demonic Tutors

But I got more ways to search than the Gatherer's features

You wanna wait there while I shuffle again, like I do

Cuz' I got the tech

Somewhere in what's left of my deck

Because your face is a target

So how could they know?

I said, how could they know?

So what you wanna know?

Metallic Mimic, Mimic, Mimic

Do I got a Sun Titan?

Well, of course, I do, looks like you got one, too

Cuz' you play a deck

And your playmat's a mess

Ooo, your face is a target

Ooo, ooo, so how could they know?

Hah, hah, how could they know?

Hah, hah

I like your build. I'm interested in putting one of these together, too. I see you've got Pariah's Shield. You should double up on it with Pariah, too.

Maze of Ith is a million times better than Mystifying Maze. Mistveil Plains is useful, it is part of your commander but cheaper. Reliquary Tower is always good. True Conviction really pushes your guys beyond what most decks can deal with. Sword of the Animist is nice acceleration. Spear of Heliod is another anthem with a bonus ability.

Mono white FTW!

Suggestion: Maybe Harsh Mercy and Avian Changeling definetly Crib Swap. Can be tutored by commander.

Harsh Mercy is a must, not sure how I missed it!

Crib Swap was in the deck at some point, I took it out for... reasons? Probably? I'm going to put it back in now :P

Thanks!

Cavern of Souls because

Dust Bowl + Flagstones of Trokair fun land destruction cantrip

Mistveil Plains recycle that Crib Swap!

Might not be necessary but it's a great card for mono white as it's such a weird/strong effect: Tithe

Oh yeah, Mistveil Plains is good.

I'm trying to keep the deck sort of budget, so I might not add Cavern of Souls.

Tithe is a very good card too, especially once I add Mistveil Plains!

Dust Bowl and Flagstones of Trokair are also great, thanks!

What would you suggest I cut for Tithe?

Lightbringer or lawbringer

I'd be hesitant to cut Lightbringer or Lawbringer, due to the ability to keep cycling them with Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero.

First off, I appreciate a David Bowie reference, so hats off for that.

I think Vanquisher's Banner is a card worth considering--card draw is always nifty, particularly if you do not have access to blue. I might be inclined to cut Glorious Anthem. While Vanquisher's Banner is a bit more expensive to cast, I think the added draws are worth the two extra mana, particularly as you already have a number of more efficient three mana +1/+1 enchantments. Alternatively, you might want to cut Coat of Arms if your playgroup has many tribal decks. Coat of Arms can be is a fantastic win condition, but I have been in situations where it rots in my hand, as the risk of playing it is far too large.

I agree you should cut Lightbringer and Lawbringer. Unless you have given them haste or have Thousand-Year Elixir in play, they are sitting around for a turn before you can use your exile effect. As their very limited use telegraphs your intentions, and as black/red decks often have pesky creature removal spells, I could see recurring them an often-fruitless endeavor. That said, you know your local playgroup better than I, and whether this highly specific removal is necessary.

Apologies for posting twice in a row. I had noticed this ambiguity after my first post was made.

I want to make a slight correction to what SufferFromEDHD posted. Crib Swap cannot be tutored by your commander. Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero has received a bit of errata. The text properly reads:

(X), Tap: Search your library for a Rebel permanent card with converted mana cost X or less and put that card into play. Then shuffle your library.

So, unless your playgroup allows R&D's Secret Lair, Crib Swap cannot be fetched. I would not cut the card though--it is still unconditional removal that nets you a 1/1 pseudo-rebel--a pretty good deal for three mana.
