Simple idea big mana, big burn. Hold back and counter-punch, play the political game. Let the other players know if they come at you they will get tased, their lands blown up, and their creatures taken away.

This is a budget, politics heavy deck. With the added bonus of Kim Jong Un RP. The whole idea is to lay back in the cut. Let the first one or two players get knocked out then use every damage doubler I could find for mono-Red to hit for big damage direct to your opponents.
