As you can probably tell by my U/R split, I’m very much a blue player who’s trying to use Vadrik as a commander. I’d highly appreciate recommendations for budget red spells that would be a good fit here.

I also considered going mono-blue with Baral, Chief of Compliance, but it seemed silly to not build around Vadrik
