Modern deck for FNM, any advice would be great. Cheaper is better but I definitely wanna keep it under 100$ (not including the lands or the removal) (my lgs goes by star city games prices)

(a lot of stuff in the maybe board is stuff I really like or have been recommended but haven't figured out where in the deck to put it)
