I want to build a Orzhov Zombie tribal Commander deck, mostly with Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation cards, to have an ancient Egypt Mummy/Zombie feel. I thought my Commander could be Ratadrabik of Urborg or God-Eternal Oketra. I like Oketra a bit more but is it smart to have a Mono white Commander in a Black/White deck? And so far i dont really have Token making cards in there - so maybe Ratadrabik is better. I am also looking for mostly budget variants, bc eventually i would like to buy these cards and play this deck in tabletop and i cant really spend 100€ on it :)

Im not really talented in building decks, so im open for suggestions and tips. Thanks!
