Rules Q&A
Valgavoth, Terror Eater
Legendary Creature — Elder Demon
Flying, lifelink
Ward—Sacrifice three nonland permanents. (Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player sacrifices three nonland permanents.)
If a card you didn't control would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
During your turn, you may play cards exiled with this. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost. (This is a linked ability, linked to the ability in the third paragraph on this card. You may only play the exiled card that was exiled via the ability in the third paragraph.)

Be'lakor, Blade of the Seraph

You're welcome Vessiliana! Completely understand your reasoning concerning Contract. With regards to Devourer, I kinda understand it too, though I should point out that it's quite likely that he hits the battlefield much earlier than Be'lakor, because of the required mana cost of the latter.
Regarding the more expensive stuff, I was going to bring up cards like Archfiend of Despair/Bloodletter of Aclazotz (both have insane damage potential), Roaming Throne (which is massively beneficial in almost any tribal deck), Valgavoth, Terror Eater (super strong with an excellent theft ability) and Urza's Incubator (another way to make demon-summoning a lot cheaper).

Blim's Blumpkins

Finally!!! Lost one, won one yesterday evening! Let's talk about the win. I attacked turn 4 with Blim, Comedic Genius, gifting Francois, on Gyrus, Waker of Corpses, an Oni Possession. Blim, Comedic Genius never attacked again, even though I cast him for 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mana. Later in the game, I cast a Sorcerous Spyglass and found an infinite combo in Aubrey's large grip... Exquisite Blood and Enduring Tenacity. Seeing that, I decided not to name Francois' Chainsaw nor his Lightning Greaves. Instead, I named Blighted Fen, which never seemed to matter.
Francois used Gyrus, Waker of Corpses to kill Aubrey, sending exactly enough to get 5 damage through, past his only creature, Athreos, God of Passage. I had a Tormod's Crypt out but never used it.
On my penultimate turn, at 6 life, I cast a Nefarious Lich and a Chain Reaction, taking out Tendershoot Dryad and The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride. I had about 9 cards in the yard, including AEther Flash, which had killed a Blood Artist and did a lot of work this game. A Demonic Collusion had found me a Blasphemous Act, which eventually took out Aubrey's Valgavoth, Terror Eater and several other blockers to allow Francois' kill shot on him. Auren was able to kill Francois. Auren passed turn to me while he was tapped out at 1 life with 5 tapped food, Night of the Sweets' Revenge in his graveyard, and his commander, Ygra, Eater of All making all creatures into delicious morsels. I made the ultimate top deck: Greed's Gambit. This allowed me to draw 9 cards with Nefarious Lich out. Among those nine was a Dark Petition which found me an Earthquake for the win. Finally!! Earthquake for 3 finally was enough to win the game.

Marton Stromgald, Nigh Unstoppable

Dec 7
Marton Stromgald attacks finally got a win. The table--Kurtis on Commander Mustard, Doug on Krenko, Mob Boss and I--made Darryl the Archenemy to overcome Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Break Through the Line was a key player, allowing me to attack repeatedly with Marton.

Having completed my quest to play all 52 of my decks, I decided to try getting a win with all of my deck

Daxos of Meletis, Soldiers of Fortune loss : Never quite got rolling. It may have been an error to play my opponents' cards with Daxos when my own cards would have been better. Valgavoth, Terror Eater is hard to beat. My losers' record drops to 5-12

Hey welcome to TappedOut :) Nice budget Golgari brew you have here.
Sol Ring is a staple card for ramp in Commander. You might not be playing it because your playgroup has banned it? If that's not the case, consider adding it? You're trying to play Stickfingers like Meren when they're very different Commanders. Consider a different approach with Stickfingers?
Meren can reanimate, but only after you get some or many experience counters by sacing your own creatures thus you want to play a lot of creatures with Meren. Meren is a lot of setup though for reanimation and you want to play little creatures who can sac themselves such as Sakura-Tribe Elder and Viscera Seer. What Meren lacks is getting creatures into your graveyard to reanimate, that's usually what makes Meren slow.
Stickfingers is different, it's the enabler to get creatures you want to reanimate into your graveyard right away. All you need with Stickfingers to reanimate is to trigger him, reveal a big creature and have a reanimation spell in your hand. Playing less creatures with Stickfingers there's much less setup for reanimation.
Playing less creatures with Stickfingers gives you more chances to reveal your big creatures who you want to reanimate without needing a ton of mana to cast Stickfingers. If you reduce your creature count down to the best creatures you want to reanimate and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard then you have a much better chance of reanimating a big creature as well as recasting reanimation spells.
Less creatures does conflict with how big Stickfingers is, but if you're playing for reanimation that shouldn't matter and Stickfingers would be better as a sac fodder for value reanimation or draw. Consider reducing the creature count to your best big creatures and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard? All other spells in your deck could then be noncreature ramp, other reanimation and removal.
Here's an example of a reduced creature base using the best creatures you already have and some others after within your budget to consider adding:
- Valgavoth, Terror Eater
- Phyrexian Obliterator
- Hornet Queen
- Noxious Gearhulk
- Young Necromancer
- Eternal Witness
- Greenwarden of Murasa
- Archon of Cruelty
- Rune-Scarred Demon
- Massacre Wurm
- Sepulchral Primordial
- Timeless Witness
If you like these ideas and choose to go this direction than I offer more advice.

Valgavoth, Terror Eater should be cut too. I don't think your deck can support the CMC.
