Black adds a lot to the Sultai color scheme. It gives Sultai hand disruption through Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek, removal through Murderous Cut, Slaughter Pact, Abrupt Decay, and Maelstrom Pulse, and it gives Sultai an Collective Brutality. It provides some amazing creatures like Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Bloodghast, Tombstalker, and Tasigur, the Golden Fang. All of these creatures give amazing value. This deck also has the highly underrated Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver. He provides a way to get board presence and RUINS midrange if he isn't removed.
Green gives us Tireless Tracker. The Tracker gives you draw and becomes a big beater. Plus, he is great with fetch lands and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. Green also allows us to cast our Abrupt Decays and Maelstrom Pulse.
Blue gives us Thought Scour, counterspells(Remand, Mana Leak,Dispel), and gives us Snapcaster Mage. He allows us to run less removal spells and counterspells because he can flashback them.
I would love to add:

2 copies of Cryptic Command. This card is extremely strong, but I've refrained from using it because it's relatively hard to cast thanks to in its casting cost.

1 more Mana Leak would be welcome if I choose not to add the commands, though I'm not sure if I need it because of Snapcaster Mage.

1 more Tombstalker would be welcome, but might not be able to fit in here.

2~4 copies of Serum Visions would be nice, though Gitaxian Probe gives us a card so I'm not sure if it is necessary.

If you enjoy my list please upvote and comment. This deck doesn't have the all-stars Liliana of the Veil or Tarmogoyf due to budget reasons, so don't even suggest them. They are way too expensive.
