Good ol' Voltaic Key + Phyrexian Colossus combo. Cursed Scroll, Triskelion, and Black Vise turn this into a mono-brown burn deck. The goal is to attack your opponent's mana base using Mishra's Helix, Wasteland, Tangle Wire, and Rishadan Port, then lock them out under Sphere of Resistance.

Juggernaut is surprisingly not legal in Pre-Modern since it bookends the format having been printed in Revised and darksteel. Otherwise, this deck would absolutely play it. I've never been a fan of Masticore.
