The goal here was to build a deck that's fun, and at least theoretically capable of winning on a low-power table, while following two main restrictions:

• No cards that are Rare or Mythic Rare. If cards have been printed at multiple rarities, use only those specific printings that are at Common or Uncommon.
• No "Universes Beyond" cards.

This is the result of that effort. This is the Magic Online version of the deck, though the paper version isn't much different - there's a few cards that don't exist online, but in exchange, we get to run Soltari Champion.

The idea behind the deck is pretty simple. You want evasive creatures, which have some way to pump themselves, and you want to get in with them. That's pretty much it! Much of that takes the form of +1/+1 counters, but there's a few weird random beaters like Soltari Trooper in there. We have access to a few anthems on top of that, and then the rest of the deck is ramp and stuff.

The boardwipe situation is really bad. We have two real ones (Kirtar's Wrath, Slaughter the Strong) and a few fake ones (Nacatl War-Pride), which will unfortunately have to be enough. At least the Licid has some uses besides.

The manabase is quite bad, as there are almost no lands that come into play tapped and also fix our mana. As such we have to avoid colour-intensive cards whenever possible. The "tribal" lands should usually name Cat or Warrior.
