so this is a commander deck that i was sparked to do at home with some random cards in my collections.

the point of the deck is pretty clear spell power. the start neutral commander is melek, to play on your library. if you play against a draw deck that hurts you for is play niv-mizzet so they regret making the option of playing their commander.
