Dargo and Jeska deck that maximizes chance of playing Dargo, the Shipwrecker on turn 1 and Jeska, Thrice Reborn on turn 2, swinging Dargo for 21 commander damage using Jeska's 0 ability. It comes out to around 50% chance before mulligans. Here's how:

• 42 0-cmc artifacts and creatures. 74% chance to have 3 of them and cast Dargo on turn 1.
• 12 ritual-like spells. 70% chance to have 1 of them and cast Jeska on turn 2.
• 40 lands. 94% chance for 2 lands by turn 2, and helpful in hitting land drops since there's very little actual ramp.

In addition, there are 12 cards for a alternate plan. This plan involves fishing for Phyrexian Altar, casting Dargo infinitely, and knocking everyone out with Jeska's minus ability. That includes the Altar itself, 3 things that can tutor for it, 4 things that can recover it from the graveyard, and 4 things that just draw a ton of cards. (If you wanted some removal, that would be fine too. I personally think that would slow the deck down too much)

I would mulligan for either a T2 ritual or a Phyrexian Altar.
