This deck is built around getting Blanka, Ferocious Friend out onto the field and then targeting him with as many dirt-cheap spells as is possible, allowing his charge ability to shock your enemies before he goes in for the kill. With plenty of mana ramp and some creatures that won’t leave you too vulnerable to round things out.
